By submitting User Content, you grant Zeleman Academy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display your content for educational, promotional, and operational purposes across Zeleman Academy channels, including social media, marketing materials, and partner platforms.

• Do not upload content that violates copyrights, trademarks, or third-party rights.
• Do not post unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or offensive materials.
• Do not share misleading, harmful, or discriminatory content.
• Do not share data that harms minors or violates applicable laws.

Zeleman Academy reserves the right to remove or restrict any User Content that violates this policy, and to suspend user accounts in cases of repeated or severe violations.

Feedback or suggestions you provide are considered non-confidential and may be used freely to improve Zeleman LMS.

3. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zeleman Academy, its affiliates, and staff from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.
