About the Course

Introduction


The Leadership & Transformation Course is designed to develop visionary leaders capable of driving positive change within organizations and communities. This course explores the core principles of leadership, self-awareness, communication, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking, helping learners understand how to lead with purpose and influence.

Through a combination of theory, reflection, and experiential learning, participants will learn how to build trust, inspire teams, manage transformation, and adapt to evolving challenges. The program emphasizes practical leadership in creative industries, focusing on problem-solving, collaboration, and resilience, preparing future leaders to guide teams through innovation, growth, and change.

Trainee Requirements & Prerequisites

●     No prior leadership experience is required; a passion for learning and personal growth is essential.

●     Open to professionals, creatives, and emerging managers seeking to strengthen their leadership abilities.

●     Basic communication and teamwork skills are recommended.

●     Willingness to engage in self-reflection, group discussions, and role-playing exercises.

●     Commitment to attend all sessions and complete individual and group assignments.

Assessment Methods:


Assessments will include a combination of methods, where trainees submit exercises for evaluation to receive feedback or qualification.

●     Reading and Reflection Exercises: Participants will complete guided readings and reflective activities to connect theory with personal leadership practice.

●     Quizzes: Both formal and informal quizzes will be conducted to gauge understanding of key leadership concepts and frameworks.

●     Case Studies: Real-world leadership and organizational transformation scenarios will be analyzed, with trainees presenting proposed solutions and strategies.

●     Assignments: Individual take-home or in-class practical assignments will be given to apply leadership models and problem-solving techniques.

●     Group Projects: Teams will collaborate on innovation or change leadership projects, developing solutions that demonstrate creativity, inclusion, and strategic thinking.

●     Periodic Assessments: Conducted through the Zeleman Academy assessment module to measure comprehension and readiness for certification.

●     Follow-ups and Feedback: Continuous peer and mentor feedback will be provided to help trainees improve their leadership capability and self-awareness.

●     Final Leadership Portfolio & Showcase: Each participant will present their personal leadership portfolio and group innovation project as a capstone assessment.

Certification Requirements:

 ●      At least 90% attendance.

●      Completion of all assignments.

●      Final project submission and screening.
